Who is Jacob Campbell?
Jacob Campbell is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with The Keyes Company, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. He holds Florida real estate licence 3623732, issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and is based in Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County. He represents buyers, sellers and investors, working principally across Palm Beach County — Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Lake Worth Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens — and into neighbouring Broward and Martin counties.
His approach is analytical rather than promotional: he works from rent-to-price ratios, holding costs, insurance exposure, tax treatment and appreciation history to establish whether a property makes financial sense, and he publishes sourced county market data with every figure dated and attributed. He does not forecast returns on individual properties.
Scope of licence. His licence is issued by the State of Florida and is valid in Florida and nowhere else.
