Why this page exists

Finding a reliable trade in South Florida is genuinely hard, and it is one of the harder parts of moving here if you do not already know anybody. Over the years I have built up a short list of people I have seen do the work properly, and I would rather hand you two or three names than leave you searching reviews at midnight.

This is a working relationship, not a directory. I send them clients; they send clients to me. Nobody pays anybody for the introduction, and you hire them directly — the full terms are set out at the bottom of this page.

The list is being finalised. Names go up here once each company has confirmed. In the meantime, call or email me and I will give you two or three names for whatever trade you need, so you can get competing quotes.

How these recommendations work

Nobody pays me, and I pay nobody. No fee, commission, discount, or anything else of value is paid or received in either direction for a recommendation on this page.
It is a two-way referral relationship. I recommend these companies to my clients and they recommend clients to me. You should know that before you decide how much weight to give the recommendation.
They are independent businesses. Each is independently owned and operated. None is affiliated with, controlled by, or an agent of The Keyes Company or of Jacob Campbell, and this is not the affiliated-business arrangement described in the Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure, which covers different companies.
I do not supervise the work. I cannot guarantee any outcome, price, timeline, or standard of workmanship, and I am not responsible for the work performed.
You hire them directly. You contract with the company, pay the company, and any dispute is between you and them.
