St. Andrews at Boynton Beach is a well-known condominium option in western Boynton Beach, but it is not the only one. Palm Chase, Meadows on the Green, Harbours at Aberdeen, Villas of Hampshire, Rosehill and Regal Shores each have their own price points, fee structures, amenities and construction dates. This guide sticks to what published listing data reports about each. Prices below are from listings and listing portals accessed in August 2026 unless another date is shown; they change constantly and are not an estimate of what any unit is worth.
Palm Chase
Palm Chase is a gated condominium community in ZIP code 33437. Listings describe it as a 55+ age-restricted community with no club membership fee (William Raveis Real Estate; Redfin, “10592 Tropic Palm Ave”).
Listing data: listed prices of roughly $298,000 to $369,900, with floor plans including two- and three-bedroom villas (Momentum Realty; William Raveis Real Estate). Amenities: a clubhouse, pool and common areas.
What to verify: the community’s age-restriction status and occupancy and leasing rules in the recorded association documents, and why reported fees differ so much. Different sections may have different fee structures, so read the budget, financial statements and reserve study for the specific association.

What to verify: construction dates to the 1980s and 1990s, so ask about the age of the roof, air-conditioning and plumbing in the specific building and unit, and the status of any milestone inspections.
