Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Jacob Campbell — a Florida real estate sales associate (license 3623732) of The Keyes Company — collects, uses, and protects information in connection with this website. "Jacob Campbell Realtor" is the name of this website only; it is not a separate company. The Keyes Company operates its own websites and maintains its own privacy policy, which governs anything you submit to it. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
I may change this policy from time to time by updating this page, and I will move the "last updated" date above when I do. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
International Visitors (GDPR / UK)
This website serves a Florida real estate practice. It is aimed at people buying, selling, and investing in Florida property, it is offered only in English, it prices nothing in euros or pounds, and it is not directed at or marketed to individuals in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
I do not knowingly offer goods or services to, or monitor the behaviour of, individuals located in the EU or UK, and I run no advertising, retargeting, or profiling technology on this site. I am not going to ask you to declare your own residency as a substitute for that — a self-declaration is not a legal basis for processing anyone's data, and it would be dishonest to present it as one.
If you are in the EU or UK and believe I hold personal data about you, email [email protected]. I will tell you what I hold, correct it, or delete it on request.
TCPA & Registration Terms
If you submit your number through the Keyes Company contact form, any consent to receive autodialed or pre-recorded telemarketing calls or texts is given on that form, through the separate, clearly marked disclosure shown there, and is governed by The Keyes Company's terms. Consent of that kind is never a condition of buying any property or service.
Where you have given consent, calls and texts may come from 561-220-8583 or other numbers used by The Keyes Company or its participating lenders or affiliates, and may use an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or pre-recorded voice. You may receive mortgage-related information. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any text, reply HELP for help, click unsubscribe at the foot of any email, or email [email protected] to be removed from calls. These rights exist under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, Section 501.059, Florida Statutes.
Terms & Conditions
By accessing this website, you are agreeing to the terms of use.
Canadian Visitors (CASL)
This website does not collect contact information from Canadian or any other visitors. If you contact me through the Keyes Company contact form or reach out directly, I treat that as your express request to be contacted about the matter you raised, and I stop on request. Every commercial message I send identifies me, gives a working postal address and email address, and carries an unsubscribe mechanism, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation requires.
What We Collect
Information you give The Keyes Company
To contact me you are sent to the Keyes Company contact page. That form is hosted and operated by The Keyes Company, and information you enter there is collected and processed by The Keyes Company under its own privacy policy — not by this website. It is then passed to me so I can respond. Through that form you may provide:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Services of interest (buying, selling, career, mortgage, insurance, rental)
- Any additional information you choose to include in your message
Information this website processes automatically
Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is designed not to identify individual visitors. It records:
- IP address (anonymized where possible)
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website (how you found us)
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- General geographic location (country/city level only)
This analytics data is used solely to understand how visitors use the site, improve it, and identify technical problems. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set tracking cookies, and the data is held by Cloudflare under its privacy policy.
Server logs. The web server records ordinary request logs — IP address, date and time, the URL requested, response status, browser user-agent, and referring URL. These are used for security, troubleshooting, and abuse investigation, and are kept for a short period (see How long information is kept below).
Rate limiting and bot filtering. To keep the site available, requests to its public endpoints are counted per IP address over a rolling window, and automated traffic is screened. This means your IP address is held briefly in a counter. It is used only to enforce those limits and is not used to build a profile of you or combined with anything else.
Cloudflare security and performance. Traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare,
which acts as a content delivery network and security layer. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary
bot-management cookie (__cf_bm, typically expiring in about 30 minutes) and may process
your IP address to distinguish humans from automated traffic. This is not used for advertising.
Public AI-agent query endpoint. This site publishes a natural-language query endpoint
(/ask.php) and related machine-readable files so AI assistants and search agents can answer
questions about my services without crawling every page. It accepts a text query, returns published
information about my practice, and is subject to the same rate limiting and logging described above.
Do not send personal, financial, or confidential information to that endpoint. It is a
public interface, not a secure channel, and it is not a way to reach me — use the contact page or
phone instead.
What We Do With the Information
The information you provide through the contact form is used to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the information you requested
- Connect you with the appropriate agent or service
- Assist with your real estate needs (buying, selling, investing, etc.)
- Improve our services and customer experience
How Long Information Is Kept
I keep information only as long as there is a reason to, and no longer:
- Server request logs — typically 30 days, then overwritten or deleted.
- Rate-limiting counters — minutes. They expire with the rolling window that created them (currently 10 minutes) and are not archived.
- Cloudflare analytics — retained by Cloudflare under its own schedule. The data is aggregated and does not identify you.
- Cloudflare bot-management cookie — roughly 30 minutes, in your browser.
- Enquiries you send me — kept while I am helping you, and afterwards for as long as Florida real estate record-keeping obligations require. Under Rule 61J2-14.012, F.A.C., brokerage transaction records are retained for at least five years, and longer where litigation is pending or threatened.
Where a retention period has passed and no legal obligation requires me to keep something, it is deleted. You may ask me to delete an enquiry sooner and I will, unless a record-keeping rule prevents it — in which case I will tell you which one.
If Something Goes Wrong
If personal information is exposed in a security breach, Florida's Information Protection Act, Section 501.171, Florida Statutes, requires notice to affected individuals, generally within 30 days. I will follow it. If the breach involves data held by The Keyes Company or another service provider, that organisation carries the notification duty; I will support it and tell you what I know.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Cookies and Analytics
Cloudflare Analytics
We use Cloudflare Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Cloudflare Analytics is privacy-first and does not use cookies or collect personal identifiers. Instead, it uses anonymized data to provide insights into website traffic and user behavior without compromising visitor privacy.
For more information about Cloudflare's privacy practices, please visit Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run a cookie consent banner because it does not use the kind of cookies that require one. The only cookie you are likely to receive is:
__cf_bm(strictly necessary) — set by Cloudflare to tell human visitors from bots. Typically expires within about 30 minutes. Not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not rely on cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, and you can set yours to refuse them; refusing the Cloudflare cookie may affect the site's ability to serve you reliably. If cookie use here changes, this section will be updated before the change takes effect.
Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
